Welcome to GLOBALD. By accessing or using our services, you accept this Terms of Service & Privacy Policy Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

We provide:

  • Access to the GLOBALD.AI platform, powered by Artificial Intelligence;
  • Tools to generate, optimize, localize, and list products on Amazon accounts using credit-based functionalities;
  • Service is provided via monthly subscription plans.

3. Subscription Plans and Payments

  • Subscription is monthly, with payment by credit card.
  • Access begins immediately after payment confirmation.
  • Plans renew automatically unless canceled by the user before the next billing cycle.

4. Additional Charges & Extra Credits

  • Beyond monthly subscriptions, users may purchase extra credits required for specific services or additional usage.
  • These extra credits are billed separately and must be purchased to continue using certain platform features once limits are reached.
  • Credit prices are disclosed on the platform at the time of purchase.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
  • A full refund is available within 7 days from the initial subscription.
  • Refunds are processed according to the credit card processor or bank timelines.

Important Notice:
We recommend canceling subscriptions at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid automatic renewals.

6. Support & Service Level Agreement (SLA)

  • All support requests must be submitted via email: support@globald.ai.
  • Support response time SLA: within 24 business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays and weekends).

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
All disputes shall be exclusively resolved in courts located in Wyoming.

8. Privacy Policy & Data Handling

By using GLOBALD, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • We collect all data available via Amazon Seller Central, including seller information, sales data, and product records.
  • Data is securely stored and never made public.
  • We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties.
  • Login credentials and API tokens are securely encrypted.

Data may be used internally for:

  • Service improvements;
  • Statistical analyses;
  • Automated listing optimization.

9. Your Privacy Rights

As a user of GLOBALD, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to Access: You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, including information about how we process your data and for what purposes.

By accepting these terms, you expressly authorize GLOBALD to use your brand name, logo, and related assets for:

  • Success story publications (case studies);
  • Promotional materials and marketing campaigns;
  • Social media and digital publications.

11. User Responsibilities

  • Users are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality.
  • Unauthorized access, misuse, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
  • Users must comply with their local regulations regarding data use and e-commerce.

12. License & Intellectual Property

  • All copyrights, trademarks, and IP rights related to the platform remain the sole property of GLOBALD.
  • Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform under these terms.
  • Data exports are available upon formal request.

13. Acceptance of Terms

  • By logging into the platform, users automatically agree to this Agreement, including the Privacy Policy and all included terms.
  • This electronic acceptance holds the same legal weight as a physical signature.

14. Changes to the Terms

  • We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of the platform after changes indicates full acceptance.

15. Limitation of Liability

  • The platform is provided "AS IS", with no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the previous month.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters;
  • Cyber-attacks;
  • War, pandemic, or government actions;
  • Utility or infrastructure failures.

17. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

  • Any dispute between the user and GLOBALD will be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, USA.
  • Users waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against GLOBALD.
  • Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

18. Artificial Intelligence and Content Generation

GLOBALD utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), to provide automated content generation, optimization, and listing services. By using our AI-powered features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

AI Content Accuracy and Limitations:

  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or misleading information.
  • The quality, accuracy, and appropriateness of AI-generated content may vary and cannot be guaranteed.
  • AI systems may produce content that is factually incorrect, outdated, biased, or inappropriate for your specific use case.
  • AI-generated content should not be considered as professional advice, including but not limited to legal, financial, medical, or business advice.

User Responsibility and Verification:

  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all AI-generated content before use.
  • You must independently fact-check and confirm the accuracy of any AI-generated information.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated content complies with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies (including Amazon's terms of service).
  • You assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content in your business operations.

No Reliance on AI Output:

  • You agree not to rely solely on AI-generated content as the basis for important business decisions.
  • AI output should be used as a starting point or suggestion, requiring human review and judgment.
  • You acknowledge that AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional expertise or human oversight.

Limitation of Liability for AI Content:

  • GLOBALD disclaims all warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
  • We are not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from inaccurate, inappropriate, or misleading AI-generated content.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold GLOBALD harmless from any claims arising from your use of AI-generated content.

Content Ownership and Responsibility:

  • While GLOBALD provides AI tools, you retain full responsibility for the final content used in your business.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that all content published or used complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
  • Any intellectual property infringement or legal issues arising from AI-generated content are your sole responsibility.

Continuous Improvement:

  • AI systems are continuously evolving, and performance may vary over time.
  • We may update, modify, or discontinue AI features without notice.
  • User feedback helps improve AI accuracy, but does not guarantee error-free performance.

By using GLOBALD's AI-powered features, you acknowledge that you understand these limitations and accept full responsibility for the verification and appropriate use of all AI-generated content.
